Black-necked stilt, Himantopus mexicanus, unmistakable, largely black above white below, with extremely long bright pink legs and fine black bill. Juvenile melanurus has gray crown and white collar, mexicanus lacks both of them. This bird was viewed at Paracas bay, Pisco, Ica, Perú the 23th of August 2014, used a PENTAX K3 with a 300mm fixed lens to take the photo.
