This image of a Willow Ptarmigan was taken near Nome, Alaska as the sun was slowly setting. In Alaska, sunset lasts for a very long time. This image was taken around 1:30 AM. For this image I used a Nikon D800 camera, a 300 lens, plus a 1.4 TC, f5.6, 1/800, ISO 640
