Scare-woodpecker. My neighbor installed a fake owl outside of his front window because the woodpeckers continually pecked on the molding of the window and the window. The result was that the woodpeckers now have a better pecking target – the fake, wooden owl! 🙂 This guy was busily pecking away on the owl as I came by. I ran home, grabbed my camera, and ran back to grab the shot. Anything for a shot!!
