Location: Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge, Sanibel Island, FL
Osprey are common on Sanibel Island, Florida. There are nesting platforms seemingly everywhere. This bird flew right in front of me while I was preparing to photograph wading birds in one of the impoundments.
