Yes, you can say I’m a black birder/photographer enthusiast, and late one evening while out for a walk at Cranberry Marsh with a friend, which is located in the GTA within Ontario, we came across this wounded Dunlin foraging along the shoreline of the marsh. As you can see the left foot is missing. Our joy was dampened, but we soon noticed that its wings were in fine working order, and it seemed to have gotten use to getting along with just the one leg fully intact.
