Had to go to a few sources but it’s been identified as a Harris’s Sparrow by the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. The species does go through Wisconsin and that’s south of my backyard here in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. They mate way up in Canada so that makes sense. Never saw one before though ever during the migration. Many species show up in my neck of the woods during the spring and fall 😉
