An abandoned highway that use to connect Louisiana to Texas before I-10 was completed years ago. Was the old hghway 90. It now leads to a burned out wooden bridge dead ended through the swamp. Birds reside on both sides leading into the marsh. Old cypress trees with there colorful fall needles are draped with moss that glow in the afternoon overcast sunlight.
