This photo was taken on the morning of Dec. 2, 2013. in Rutland, MA. USA Our winterberry bush in the back garden was the last berry bush that the birds had not devoured. I noticed a flock of Cedar Waxwings in the nearby apple tree and knew I only had to wait a short time before they went after the berries.
