While visiting Winter Haven, FL, I captured this mockingbird trying to scare off a red-shouldered hawk. The hawk was mostly unfazed and would just duck as the mockingbird made his attack. The mockingbird was unrelenting and must have dove at that hawk a good 15 times before the hawk finally got annoyed and left.
