Mottled Duck

I had watched this duck swimming in the water for several hours. At one point, as if to finally rest, he climbed up on this submerged old branch, and stood there on one foot. It stayed their for a long time, perfectly still, as if posing for the shot. This Mottled Duck is a beautiful bird!
