This was taken in mid of Summer when the temperature can rise over 100 degree Fahrenheit at Santa Clara Ranch sitting in a blind waiting for some bird action. This Roadrunner came to quench his thirst at the water pond and obviously the noise from the camera firing spooked him and he decided to look up wondering whether it is safe to proceed.
