Heated ground bath

If you live in an area where winter packs a punch but you still want to attract birds to your yard, a heated bird bath will do the trick. After all, birds still need to drink and clean their feathers even when temps drop. This heated ground bath from Erva Direct keeps water from freezing down to an air temperature of -20 degrees F (-29 degrees C). The heater sits between two layers of plastic resin. The water basin is about an inch deep, and it stands on four legs for stability. Includes a 6-inch-long cord, so you’ll need to add your own outdoor extension cord. The dish is removable for easy cleaning. Check the price on Amazon!
