Charles Pfeifer is a zookeeper and a board member of the Louisiana Wildlife Federation, where he chairs the Avian Conservation Committee. He also serves on the boards of the Orleans and Jackson Audubon Societies and the Orleans Sierra Club. He is the coordinator of Jackson Audubon Society’s Prothonotary Warbler Program, its signature conservation project.
