OUTDOOR ROOMS: The authors incorporated an existing horse corral and stone walls into their plan, which called for four bird-friendly "rooms": the Entry Garden, the corral, a wooded glade, and the meadow. The Hummingbird Gazebo stands across from raised beds at the end of a 75-foot-long perennial border in the corral.
