Description
The first annual Lake Apopka Wildlife Festival & Birdapalooza will offer free guided tours of the Lake Apopka Restoration Area, home to the richest diversity of avian species of any inland location in the state of Florida. The festival, organized by Orange County Parks and Recreation, the Orange Audubon Society (OAS) and the St. Johns River Water Management District, (SJRWMD) also will feature free entertainment, wildlife exhibitions and vendors who specialize in outdoor-recreation gear.
