A Western Yellow Wagtail stands amid crowfoot flowers in the Kizilirmak Delta, an
Important Bird Area
and a
Wetland of International Importance
on the Black Sea in north-central Turkey.
The beautiful bird is also known as Black-headed Wagtail
(Motacilla flava feldegg),
one of at least 11 subspecies of
Western Yellow Wagtail
.
